We arrived in the classroom with everybody chatting and having fun, saying hello to all our old friends that we had not seen in months and meeting our new classmate from America, Senan. We caught up on everybody’s news and had a little chat with our teacher Ms. Storey about the classroom rules and how to act in 5th class. We did a little worksheet about drawing our highlights of the summer. Then we went out for a break and played with our friends. After that, we went back inside and sorted out our pencil cases and put our books in our cubby holes which took quite a long time but we had to do it. We had a great first day in school and are looking forward to great days ahead with Ms. Storey and everyone in the class.
