Sixth Class students have been guiding play in the yard this week and they have taken to their role of responsibility with ease. Providing opportunities for structured play in the yard ensures that children feel included, are active and given the support to build valuable social and emotional skills. Our children missed out on lots of valuable playtime over the last two years, so we are thrilled to see them developing these skills, while having lots of fun out in the yard. A huge thanks to the sixth class students, who are also developing useful skills in their roles too!
